Mr. Colwell
brings 25 years of Fortune 500 corporate
experience and skill to CEI's clients.
Having a strong management foundation in
Information Technology,
a real-time technical environment and
business
intelligence / analytical capabilities,
Colwell has
positioned CEI as a leader in computer
solutions for business and residential
clients.
From 1996 to
2002, Colwell managed the Transportation
Information Systems group at
C&S Wholesale
Grocers
Corporate Headquarters in Brattleboro, VT.
His RAD
(Rapid Application Development) team created
the multi-million dollar TRACCS System
(Transportation Automated Computer Control
System) which was patented in Washington,
D.C. in 1999. He was also responsible for
Executive Strategic Planning computer
modeling for new Distribution Centers for
C&S, and during his tenure more
than 20 were opened from Massachusetts to
Virginia.

Grocers rose from the 200th largest to
the 2nd largest Grocery Wholesaler in the
United States
in 2002 with sales of more than $13 Billion
annually.

Elizabeth A.
Colwell
Vice President
Under the
direction of Elizabeth Colwell, CEI has
developed unique market analysis systems
designed to propel CEI into rapid
growth.
With
20-plus years experience as a Marketing
Consultant, Elizabeth has worked with a
diverse variety of clients
handling
strategic marketing management, business
planning, media relations, marketing
communications, training and
development, advertising research, trade
show implementation and public
relations, regionally, nationally and
internationally.
Elizabeth
is an established authority on
business growth
and development.
With unique planning methods, she
has built several successful
businesses from Real Estate
Investment to Image Consulting, and
Acting as well as assisting a
variety of clients in building their
businesses, brand and image
awareness. Elizabeth earned her
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,
graduating cum laude
from the
University of Massachusetts in
Amherst.

Michael J. Colwell
Director of Operations
Proficient in Quality Assurance, Product
Distribution and Product Manufacturing,
Michael joins the Corporate CEI team as
Operations Director in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Most
recently, since 2003 Michael managed
production, distribution and QA for Owens
Corning. His energy, organizational and
leadership skills will greatly contribute to
the continued growth of our evolving
business.
Michael is a
Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University
of New York at Albany with a Major in
Psychology and a minor in Communication.

Tyler Q. Colwell
Director - Tech Development
An emerging
talent at CEI, Tyler has completely
re-engineered the company logo and
associated graphics packages. He is fluent
in Adobe CS and commands excellent
programming skills.
Tyler is also
responsible for reviewing new technologies
and software development prior to adoption
and deployment at CEI.

Scot
Carpenter
Senior
Systems Technician
Scot’s
responsibilities include PC diagnostics,
network troubleshooting, OrionTM technical
support, and coordinating repairs and
service calls with CEI Systems Technicians.
Scot was instrumental in the successful
launch of the
CEI Orion custom line of computers in the
fall of 2004.

Melinda Simon
Office Manager
A versatile talent, well-versed in
technology, Melinda is a dynamic
addition to the CEI team. Melinda's
responsibilities include general
office management, retail and marketing support, and
customer service.
